SARA WAS MISSED IN JULY...lol! She has to come back, I love her laugh! VINNI, DARYL AND LAURIE WERE ALSO MISSED IN JULY! Thanks for e-mailing me that you couldn't make it this month, hopefully soon enough! BTW NOT SURE WHO MENTIONED THE "HEADS UP APP" AT THE JUNE CLASS BUT WOW WHAT A HIT THAT WAS IN OUR FAMILY! Thanks! Was it LouAnn?! ;-)' The July class was my first with teens, pretty young ladies and I have to say it was so much fun with their giggles and they were such great sports. Hope they enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed having them in my class. KEEP ON LAUGHING EVERYONE! hohohahaha!

What can I say....I LOVE Laughing Yoga. The energy and laughter that Maria brings to my office, my life, and the community is awesome. My sister loves it too! We always feel so good for days after. Sometimes in life we forget that it's okay to be silly and laugh-that's where laughing yoga comes in! It's been such a hit that we are going to have two classes a month beginning in September!
